It is written for anyone browsing the site, reading our research or evaluating the product; existing customers also have a signed agreement, and that agreement is the document that governs their use of the product. Gainfront owns the Gainfront names, logos, and site content, or licenses them from their owners. You may not copy or redistribute this content without permission, except as the law allows.

The site is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent the law permits. Our liability is limited as the law permits.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

The laws of the State of California govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
