AI Supplier Lifecycle Management

One supplier record. Every decision that depends on it.

Gainfront connects sourcing, contracts, risk, spend, purchasing and supplier diversity around a single supplier record, or orchestrates the systems you already own. Start where it hurts most.

No slide deck. Bring a raw spend export and see your own suppliers.

The fracture

Procurement doesn't have a software problem. It has a seams problem.

Most teams already own the tools. What they don't own is the connection between them. So the same supplier exists five times, and no decision can trust the data underneath it.

  • 01

    Risk arrives late

You find out a supplier is a problem when something breaks, not when the signal appears.

  • 02

    Reporting is a fire drill

Tier 1 and Tier 2 diversity, ESG and Scope 3 numbers get rebuilt by hand every cycle.

  • 03

    Savings never land

Spend analysis ends at a chart. Nothing routes it into sourcing, contracts or buying.

Eight questions, about two minutes. You'll get a fragmentation score, your three biggest gaps by name, and whether you should be replacing your stack or orchestrating it. The result is on screen. We don't hold it hostage.

Questions

Before you
book anything.

What is supplier lifecycle management?

Supplier lifecycle management (SLM) covers a supplier's entire relationship with your company: identification, onboarding, sourcing, contracting, purchasing, performance, risk, spend and renewal. It is broader than supplier relationship management (SRM), which stops at onboarding, performance and compliance. Gainfront runs the full lifecycle on one connected supplier record.

What is the difference between SLM and SRM?

Supplier relationship management (SRM) covers onboarding, supplier information, performance and compliance. Supplier lifecycle management (SLM) is broader: it adds sourcing, contracting, purchasing, spend analysis, inventory, sustainability and renewal, so every stage of the supplier relationship runs off the same record.

Does Gainfront replace my ERP?

No. Gainfront sits above the ERP and reads from it. Most customers keep SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or JD Edwards as the system of record for finance, and use Gainfront as the supplier and procurement layer on top. AgentFlow exists specifically so you do not have to replace systems to modernise.

How long does implementation take?

A typical single-module onboarding runs about eight weeks. Because Gainfront is modular, you start with the one process that hurts most (supplier onboarding, spend, contracts or diversity reporting), prove the value, then expand. You are not signing up for a multi-year transformation programme.

Can Gainfront handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 diversity reporting?

Yes. Gainfront manages certifications and expiry, diverse-supplier classification, direct and indirect spend, and the full prime-contractor reporting cycle: open cycle, collect submissions, validate evidence, resolve exceptions, approve, publish. It also extends into economic impact reporting and Scope 3 supplier data.

How is Gainfront different from Coupa or SAP Ariba?

Legacy source-to-pay suites are powerful but expensive, slow to deploy and hard to adopt. You buy the whole thing before you get value. Gainfront is modular: start with one process, keep the systems you already run, and expand only where it pays. Adoption and hands-on support are treated as part of the product, not an add-on.

What does Gainfront use AI for?

Operational work rather than chat: OCR and field extraction, supplier data enrichment, fraud and verification checks, risk scoring, questionnaire automation, RFP drafting, spend classification, supplier normalisation, contract metadata extraction, clause identification, invoice matching and anomaly detection.
