What a 30-minute demo covers
The session runs on your own records, never on a seeded demo tenant. Three things happen in it.
Your own supplier or spend file
Send a raw export before the call. Do not clean it first. Duplicate supplier records are what Gainfront resolves, so a messy file shows more than a tidy one.
SLM Suite or AgentFlow on real records
Gainfront runs onboarding, scorecards or contract clauses against your data in a live tenant, then recommends either SLM Suite or AgentFlow.
A straight answer on fit
Gainfront runs above SAP, Oracle and Maximo. Nothing is removed to start, and no IT ticket is necessary. If the fit is wrong, we say so.
Read what each product does before the call: the SLM Suite modules and AgentFlow orchestration.
Already know which one you want? Book the narrower session instead: AgentFlow orchestration demo, supplier relationship management demo, contract lifecycle management demo or catalog and purchasing demo.
How long each step takes
Before the call: one export
Attach a supplier list or a spend export to your request. One file is enough to start.
The call: 30 minutes
There is no slide deck. The Gainfront team in Palo Alto runs your own records live and answers questions as they occur.
After the call: about eight weeks
A typical single-module Gainfront onboarding takes about eight weeks. Gainfront tells you what your target go-live date allows.
Who to bring to the session
One person can attend alone. Two or three make the 30 minutes go further, because the answers arrive in the room instead of a week later.
The person who owns supplier data
Bring whoever knows which systems hold your supplier records today. A Gainfront demo is most useful when that person is in the room.
A sourcing or category lead
A sourcing or category lead recognises the duplicate suppliers on the screen and can say what the reporting must show.
IT, only if you want
No IT ticket is necessary to start, so IT can join a later call. Invite them now if your security review starts early.
