Diana Domenech joins the Gainfront advisory board

We welcome Diana Domenech to the Gainfront advisory board. Gainfront was formerly named iQuantum. Diana brings deep experience in supplier diversity and inclusive procurement programs.

Diana has worked with public agencies and large enterprises. She has helped organizations build supplier diversity programs from early planning through full rollout. She has also helped procurement teams track and report on diverse spend across their supply base.

Why supplier diversity expertise matters to procurement

A supplier diversity program identifies and certifies suppliers owned by women, minorities, veterans, and other underrepresented groups. Procurement teams that track these suppliers can widen the pool of qualified bidders on a sourcing event. A wider bidder pool increases competition and can lower cost. It also helps organizations meet public reporting requirements and internal diversity goals.

Inclusive procurement is not only a compliance exercise. It changes how buyers find and evaluate new suppliers. Teams that build supplier diversity into everyday sourcing decisions, rather than treating it as a separate report, tend to sustain the practice longer.

Her role on the advisory board

As an advisory board member, Diana reviews product direction and shares feedback drawn from her field experience. Her perspective strengthens how Gainfront embeds diversity into sourcing events, contracts, and spend, not as a bolt-on report.

Her addition builds on the board’s existing experience across sourcing, diversity, risk, and enterprise procurement operations.
