Overview:

iQuantum is seeking passionate Customer Success managers to join our dynamic team. The candidates will be responsible for developing a positive customer experience and fostering healthy working relationships. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a startup environment and a proven record of getting things done.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Healthy Customer Relationship
  • Builds Trust and Transparency with Clients
  • Onboard New Clients
  • Act as a Customer Advocate
  • Upsell services and products with the brand image
  • Promote Customer Loyalty
  • Enhance Customer Training
  • Coordinate Customer Needs with Account Team

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Experience working with SaaS products
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Communications or marketing degree is preferred
